REGISTER AS A FULL TEAM

Registering as a full team saves each player almost $15/person anytime during the registration period, $25 during late signups, and guarantees your team a spot in the league of your choice, without having to wait for your friends/co-workers to signup. It also gives your team first dibs on shirt color requests for your squad, and MiLife will NEVER add players to your full team.
It’s crazy simple too! Simply fill out the full team form below (there’s a PDF further down this page if you’d rather download that and email it in as well), give as much information as possible, and click submit, and we will handle the rest. Our team will receive your full roster, build the team and move players onto the team you created, and give you a hefty discount for your troubles. 😎
FULL TEAM PRICING
MiLife Sport & Social Club offers special pricing if you are able to bring in a full team for one of our sports leagues. These prices are set for a specific number of people based on our team size minimums, each player you add beyond this is specified in the table below. Full teams must submit their roster and a single payment before the registration deadline in order to qualify.
*Pricing depends on City and league, but MiLife does our best to keep prices fair and affordable, but as our parents have ALWAYS said, "you get what you pay for!"
BASKETBALL
Full Team Price is $650, Players / Team is 10 people + $55 for each Additional Person & Free Agent Price is $80
SAND VOLLEYBALL
4v4 - Full Team Price is $390, Players/Team is 6 Players + $55 for each Additional Player Over 6, & Free Agent Price is $85
INDOOR VOLLEYBALL
6v6 - Full Team Price is $520, Players / Team is 8 people + $55 for each Additional Person & Free Agent Price is $85
SOCCER
Full Team Price is $660, Players / Team is 12 people + $55 for each Additional Person & Free Agent Price is $75
FOOTBALL
Full Team Price is $550, Players / Team is 10 people + $55 for each Additional Person & Free Agent Price is $75
CORNHOLE
Full Team Price is $140, Players / Team is 4 people + $35 for each Additional Person & Free Agent Price is $45
DODGEBALL

Note: All team players must create a profile through our website in order for us to add them to the team. This must be done by the registration deadline in order to receive team shirts. (We have flexibility on this, but needs to be communicated to MiLife Management)

REGISTER AS A SMALL GROUP
If you wish to register as a Small Group, please register as a Team/Small Group Captain and have your friends sign up as Team/Small Group Players. As the captain please note the estimated amount of players. Once Registration closes for the season we will merge you with other small groups and free-agents to form a full team.
HOW SIGN UP
- Have your group leader create the group by signing up and selecting the “Create Small Group Option” & put in your small group name.
- Captains then can invite group members by email or have the players register for the team by selecting Small group member from the league registration page (before the registration deadline).
- When registration closes within 48 hours we will merge your small group with other groups and/or free agents to form a full team. Please see our roster size chart to see final roster size for small groups.
- Login to our website after registration closes to check out which team you and your friends are on for the season.
Lone-Wolf? No problem!
At MiLife, you can register as a full team, with a few friends in a small group where you can stay together and play on the same team, OR as a ‘lone-wolf’ or what we call a free agent, and come in solo on any of our leagues and meet tons of new friends with similar interests!
