Adult Softball Leagues in Michigan
Adult Softball Leagues in Michigan
Softball season hits different. The weather’s warm, the drinks are cold, and someone’s blasting 90s hip-hop out of a portable speaker that’s probably too loud. Looking at you millennials…
MiLife runs 21+ coed slow-pitch softball leagues across Ann Arbor, Lansing, and Grand Rapids. It’s not serious… until it is. You’ll get real games, real laughs, and a reason to be outside that isn’t just “getting steps in.”
Whether you’re dusting off your glove from high school or swinging a bat for the first time in your life, you’ll fit right in. The competition’s light, the vibes are strong, and post-game bar hangs are basically mandatory.
What softball formats does MiLife run?
We keep it classic: coed, slow-pitch, 10 players on the field. No fastballs, no stealing bases, no drama. It’s all about having fun, being present, and moving your body after sitting at a desk all day.
- Most teams run with 6 guys and 4 women, but the rule is simple, at least 3 women on the field at all times.
- Rosters are usually 12+, so there's always room for subs, friends, and that one guy who “used to play semi-pro.”
- Each game is 7 innings or 60 minutes, whichever comes first. You’ll get a full night of play without missing the sunset or happy hour.
House Rules
- Underhand only (yes,
- No Metal Cleats
- No base stealing
- MiLife Brings the balls, set ups field and keeps game moving
- You bring the glover, maybe a bat and whatever energy you got left after work
This isn’t the league for screaming coaches or dugout tantrums. It’s high-fives, bat flips, and “I swear I used to be faster” stories.
When are softball leagues and where are games played?

Fall
In some cities, short fall leagues are offered, depending on weather and daylight.
